FPOD: Simple, Yet Complex

I don’t think I can ever get tired of seafood – especially oysters. Grilled these babies until nice and warm where the shell cracks open just a bit. I drizzle over some home made tangy, spicy fish sauce with garlic and cilantro and some bird’s eye chilis. Then, top it off with a teeny bit of sriracha, if you want a bit more kick. A flavor party in your mouth.
